We are seeking a dedicated Career Coach to support professionals transitioning from employment with the U.S. Embassy in Quito. The role includes virtual coaching, resume strategy, and job interview preparation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one coaching in Spanish
Support mock interviews and career goal planning
Guide clients through transition steps and job readiness
Requirements:
Located in Ecuador
Fluent in Spanish (English preferred)
Experience in career advising, coaching, or HR support
Terms:
Remote position
1099 contractor
$900/month for 5 months
